Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Access Control Systems Technician to join our team. As an Access Control Systems Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting access control systems for our clients. You will work closely with our customers to ensure that their security needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure access control systems
• Provide technical support to clients on system operation
• Perform routine maintenance on access control systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with system functionality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in installing and maintaining access control systems
• Knowledge of various access control technologies, including card readers, biometric scanners, and keypads
• Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
