Position: Glass Technician

As a Glass Technician at The Glass Guru of Spring, you will be responsible for performing a variety of glass-related tasks, including repairing, replacing, and installing glass doors, shower doors & enclosures, and windows. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairing and replacing glass doors, shower doors & enclosures, and windows
• Installing new glass products for residential and commercial clients
• Ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in glass repair and installation is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
