Position: Child Care Provider

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and nurturing manner
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in child care or early childhood education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Passionate about working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position: Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Assess children’s progress and communicate with parents
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Texas Teaching Certification
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Position: Day Care Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in implementing daily routines and activities
• Assist with meal preparation, diaper changes, and other daily care tasks
• Engage children in play-based learning experiences
• Monitor children’s safety and well-being at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
