Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at The Great Greek, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean dishes according to our recipes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred but not required.

Position: Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work well in a team.

Position: Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at The Great Greek, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.

Position: Dishwasher

Our Dishwashers play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. Responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, and pans, as well as keeping the dishwashing area clean and sanitary. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work well in a team.
