Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Prepare and represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Provide exceptional client service and communication

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
