Position: Estate Planning Attorney

At The Heritage Law Group, we are currently seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and living trusts, with a proven track record of success in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to further their legal career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing estate plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals
• Assisting clients with probate and trust administration
• Advising clients on tax implications and other legal matters related to estate planning
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate
• Strong knowledge of tax and estate planning laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Labor & Employment Law Attorney

We are also looking for a talented Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor and employment laws, with a focus on providing legal counsel to employers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes
• Drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks, and other legal documents
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Staying up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
