Position: Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at The HID Factory. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about cars and automotive upgrades, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right automobile parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers both in-person and over the phone
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
