We are Hiring – Employee Benefit Consulting Services/Human Resource Consultant

Job Title: Employee Benefit Consulting Services/Human Resource Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings at our office in [Location])

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs
• Conduct benefit plan analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings
• Develop customized HR strategies to address client needs and challenges
• Assist with compliance, regulatory, and legal issues related to employee benefits
• Offer training and educational sessions to clients on benefit programs and HR best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional service to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or human resources
• Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, compliance, and administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
