Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney
The Hudgens Law Firm P.C. is a well-established law firm located in the heart of downtown Birmingham. We are currently seeking a dedicated Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to corporation and partnership law.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and bylaws.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporation and partnership law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position: Real Estate Attorney

Advise clients on zoning and land use issues.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law.
Knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
