We are Hiring: Employee Benefit Consultant

The Johnson Group Inc is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefit Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ existing benefit plans and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop customized benefit packages that meet the needs of each client while staying within budget constraints
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
• Present benefit plans to clients and provide guidance on plan options and cost implications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefit consulting
• Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, compliance, and administration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CEBS or CBP are a plus
