The Law Office of David Rushing: General Practice Attorney Position

Job Description:

The Law Office of David Rushing is seeking a talented and dedicated General Practice Attorney to join our team in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. As a General Practice Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract law, family law, criminal defense, real estate, and personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
