Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare for court appearances and mediation sessions
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and agreements
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options, ensuring they understand the legal process
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients’ best interests

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
• Demonstrated knowledge of family law statutes and case law
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a caseload efficiently
