Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues, including but not limited to family law, estate planning, real estate, and civil litigation.
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in the law that may affect our clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
