The Law Offices of R J Atkinson is currently seeking skilled and experienced Accident & Property Damage Attorneys to join our reputable firm. With over 20 years of experience, our team of dedicated attorneys is committed to providing high-quality legal services to our clients in the area of personal injury law.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases involving accidents and property damage
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and damages
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
