Position: Child Care Educator

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs for children
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe and assess children’s developmental progress
• Collaborate with other educators to create a dynamic learning environment
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the learning spaces

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education certification preferred
• Prior experience working in a child care setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
