Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Employment Agent to join our team at The Liberty Group. As an Employment Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of full-time and part-time positions. Your primary goal will be to match the right candidates with the right companies, ensuring a successful and satisfying partnership for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying job opportunities and potential candidates through various channels
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
• Presenting qualified candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
• Negotiating job offers and facilitating the hiring process
• Providing ongoing support to candidates and clients throughout the employment process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in HR or recruitment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
