Position: Sales Associate for Lamps & Shades Category

The Lighting Gallery is a renowned retailer specializing in a variety of products related to lighting, including household fans, lamps, and shades. We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in the Lamps & Shades department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right lamps and shades based on their preferences and requirements.
• Provide product knowledge and explanations of the features, benefits, and usage of various lamps and shades.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Stay informed about new trends in lighting design and technology to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a lighting or home decor setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of lighting products, including different types of lamps and shades.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
