Are you passionate about event planning and hospitality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want to hear from you! The Magnolia Ballroom is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in various positions within the company.

Available Positions

  • Event Coordinator: We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to work closely with clients to plan and execute their events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Wedding Planner: If you have a knack for all things wedding-related, we want you on our team! The Wedding Planner will work with couples to bring their dream weddings to life, from selecting the perfect decor to coordinating vendors.
  • Banquet Server: Our Banquet Servers play a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly. From setting up tables to serving food and drinks to guests, this position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Catering Coordinator: The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering events from start to finish. This includes menu planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring that all food and beverage offerings exceed expectations.
