Position Available: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at The Monogram Shop, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, help them find the perfect monogrammed gifts or bowling accessories, and ensure a memorable shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
• Monogramming items according to customer specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of monogramming techniques (training will be provided)
