Position: Florist

Job Responsibilities:

• Create unique and artistic floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide personalized recommendations
• Prepare and arrange flowers for display in-store and at events
• Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
• Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed clients’ expectations
• Assist with general shop tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and answering phone calls

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a florist or floral designer
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
• Creative eye for design and ability to work with various color schemes and styles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
