Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service, with a passion for helping clients protect their assets and loved ones. The Insurance Specialist will play a key role in developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending the best insurance products to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both new and existing
• Educate clients on the various insurance products available
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers
• Process insurance policy applications and renewals
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software
• Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment
