1. Banquet Hall Manager

As a Banquet Hall Manager at The Parador, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with vendors, and managing a team of staff to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in event planning and management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

2. Catering Coordinator

Our Catering Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of events at The Parador. In this position, you will work closely with clients to create customized menus, coordinate tastings, and ensure that all catering details are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in catering or hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative flair for menu planning
• The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

3. Event Sales Manager

Our Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through event bookings at The Parador. In this role, you will prospect for new clients, conduct tours of the venue, and negotiate contracts to secure business. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven sales experience in the event industry
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
