1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes
• Assist in menu creation and development
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

2. Server

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery
• Knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine list
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

3. Dishwasher

• Operate the dishwasher and ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
• Work efficiently to support kitchen operations
