Position: Coin Dealers & Supplies Specialist

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Coin Dealers & Supplies Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of numismatics, precious metals, and rare coins. They will be responsible for assessing the value of coins brought in by clients, providing accurate appraisals, and negotiating fair prices for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments of coins and determining their authenticity and value
• Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coin dealing
• Strong knowledge of precious metals and numismatics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with coin grading systems

We are also looking for a Pawnbrokers Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pawn shop or similar setting and will be comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with loan applications and payments
• Conducting evaluations of items for pawning
• Managing inventory and pricing of items
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients
• Ensuring compliance with all pawnbroking regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a pawn shop or similar environment
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pawnbroking laws and regulations
