We are hiring: Product Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Product Development Manager to join our team and help us create innovative and market-leading beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cosmetics and perfumes, as well as a strong background in product development and project management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new product concepts based on market trends and consumer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life
• Manage the product development process from ideation to launch
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality ingredients and materials
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the cosmetics or perfume industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products into the market
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and consumer preferences
