Dog Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective training programs for dogs of all breeds and ages
• Assess each dog’s behavior and create personalized training plans
• Teach obedience commands, proper leash walking, and socialization skills
• Provide guidance and support to pet owners on how to reinforce training at home
• Maintain accurate records of each dog’s progress and behavior

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dog trainer or behaviorist
• Strong understanding of canine behavior and training techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work with dogs of all temperaments
• Certification in dog training is a plus
