As a Financial Services Specialist at The Polaris Group, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting financial analysis and research to develop customized financial plans for clients
- Assessing clients’ financial situations and providing recommendations on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products
- Monitoring financial markets and economic trends to stay informed and guide clients in making informed decisions
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular communication to ensure their financial goals are being met

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 are a plus
