Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Clear Lake, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager at The Reserve At Clear Lake, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and problem solve effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
