Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of practice areas
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• 3+ years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
