Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and keep them updated regularly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
