Job Title: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate governance matters
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to business entities
• Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Represent clients in business disputes and litigation
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting business entities

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate and partnership law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
