Job Opening: Automobile Accident Attorney

The Soileau Law Firm, P.C. is a well-established law firm specializing in personal injury cases, with a focus on automobile accidents. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Automobile Accident Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is dedicated to fighting for the rights of clients who have been injured in automobile accidents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of automobile accident cases from intake to settlement or trial
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to automobile accident cases
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on automobile accidents
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
