We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Retail Associate

As a retail associate at The Village Food Store, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

– Greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries
– Stocking shelves and ensuring a clean and organized store
– Operating the cash register and processing transactions
– Providing product recommendations and helping customers find what they need

We are looking for friendly and customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service. Retail experience is preferred but not required.

2. Department Manager

The Village Food Store is seeking a department manager to oversee a specific section of the store. Responsibilities for this role include:

– Managing inventory levels and ordering products as needed
– Supervising a team of employees and providing guidance and training
– Implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a retail or grocery setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must.
