We are Hiring: Bankruptcy Law Attorneys

We are currently seeking experienced Bankruptcy Law Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, as well as experience in representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of bankruptcy cases from initial client consultation to resolution
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Drafting and filing bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents
• Representing clients in bankruptcy court hearings and negotiations with creditors
• Working closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are Hiring: Business Litigation Attorneys

We are also looking for skilled Business Litigation Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, and business torts. We are seeking attorneys who can provide strategic legal advice and effective representation to our business clients.

Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in business litigation matters, including pre-litigation negotiations, discovery, motions, and trial
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Developing case strategies and working to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Collaborating with clients, attorneys, and staff to effectively manage cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing business litigation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
