We are currently looking to expand our team and have the following position available:

Position: Barista

Job Description:

As a Barista at The Yellow Cup, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, to our customers. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, take orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about different coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness at the counter
• Learn and promote our menu offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of different coffee and tea varieties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for customer service
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
