Position: Physician & Surgeon, Psychiatry
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide accurate diagnoses
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their needs
- Prescribe and monitor medication regimens
- Provide therapy and counseling to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in psychiatry
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Valid state medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
