Position: Litigation & Tort Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Negotiate settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and tort law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Position: Personal Injury Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases including auto accidents, slip and fall, and medical malpractice
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence
• Negotiate with insurance companies and defense attorneys
• Prepare and present cases in court
• Advocate for clients’ rights and seek maximum compensation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Demonstrated success in handling personal injury cases
