• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and effectively close sales to meet monthly sales targets

• Educate customers on available insurance products and help them choose the best coverage options for their needs
• Process insurance policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills and experience with insurance software is a plus
