We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Movers

As a Mover at Thomas Transfer & Storage Inc, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving our customers’ belongings from one location to another. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

• Load and unload furniture and boxes onto and off of moving trucks
• Wrap and protect furniture to prevent damage during transit
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their moving needs are met

Movers & Full Service Storage

Our Movers & Full Service Storage team members not only handle the physical aspects of moving, but also provide storage solutions for customers who need temporary or long-term storage options. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.

• Handle the transportation of items to and from our storage facilities
• Organize and maintain storage units to maximize space and accessibility
• Assist customers with retrieving items from storage as needed

Self Storage

The Self Storage division at Thomas Transfer & Storage Inc provides customers with secure and convenient storage solutions for their personal or business items. As a member of the Self Storage team, you will play a key role in maintaining our facilities and assisting customers with their storage needs.

• Rent storage units to customers and explain rental agreements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage units and common areas
• Assist customers with accessing their storage units and arranging for additional services

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Thomas Transfer & Storage Inc, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for certain positions)
