Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney

About the Role:

As an Estate Planning Attorney at Thompson & Reilley, P.C., you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to create personalized estate plans tailored to their individual needs and goals. You will also be responsible for providing legal guidance on probate matters and establishing living trusts to protect assets and ensure a smooth transfer of wealth.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and provide strategic advice on estate planning
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents
• Assist clients with probate proceedings and ensure compliance with all relevant laws
• Communicate complex legal concepts in an understandable manner to clients
• Stay current on legal trends and changes in estate planning laws

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
