Throughgood Coffee is a vibrant and bustling coffee shop located in the heart of downtown. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee and espresso drinks, as well as delicious pastries and snacks. Our team is made up of passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Barista

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Handle cash transactions and operate the register
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Assistant Manager

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the coffee shop
• Train and mentor new staff members
• Manage inventory and place orders for supplies
• Ensure a positive customer experience through exceptional service

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a coffee shop or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
