Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Design and implement production systems and equipment
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Provide technical support to production teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of marine propulsion systems is a plus
