Position: Head Baker

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Baker to join our team. The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing the production of all baked goods, managing a team of bakers, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery
• Develop and execute new recipes
• Train and supervise baking staff
• Ensure that all products are made to order and meet customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle inventory and ordering of baking supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a baker
• Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
