We are Hiring: Martial Arts Instructor

Job Description:

As a Martial Arts Instructor at Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Houston, you will be responsible for leading classes, mentoring students, and promoting the values of martial arts both inside and outside the academy. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and help them achieve their goals in martial arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to help them progress in their martial arts journey
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Organize and oversee belt testing and promotions
• Participate in community events and promotions to raise awareness about our academy
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to the values of martial arts

Qualifications:

• Black belt rank in Taekwondo or other martial arts discipline
• Prior experience teaching martial arts classes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others succeed and grow in their martial arts practice
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
