Position: Bathroom Remodeling Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bathroom Remodeling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bathroom renovation, including plumbing, tiling, and fixture installation. Responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients to discuss their renovation needs and preferences
• Creating detailed project plans and timelines
• Demolition and removal of existing fixtures and finishes
• Installing new plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems
• Tiling walls and floors
• Installing new fixtures, such as sinks, showers, and toilets
• Ensuring all work meets building codes and safety requirements

Position: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

We are also looking for an experienced Altering & Remodeling Contractor to oversee various home improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and project management. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Quality control and inspections
• Client communication and satisfaction

Position: Flooring Contractor

If you are a skilled Flooring Contractor with experience in laying and finishing various types of flooring, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities will include:

• Measuring and estimating materials for flooring projects
• Preparing subfloors and ensuring they are level and clean
• Installing hardwood, laminate, tile, or carpet flooring
• Applying finishes and sealants as needed
• Repairing and replacing damaged flooring

Requirements

Applicants for all positions must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and methods used in remodeling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
