Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on floor materials, carpets, and rugs
• Manage showroom displays and ensure that all products are presented in an appealing and organized manner
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of Timberline Houston products
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for home improvement and interior design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
