We are Hiring: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and schedules with carriers and customers
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
