We are Hiring: Social Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social service programs to assist community members facing challenges such as homelessness, addiction, or food insecurity
• Connect individuals with appropriate resources, including government assistance programs, counseling services, and shelters
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and families in crisis
• Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to coordinate services and support for those in need
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
