About Us:

We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Chef de Cuisine

Are you a talented and experienced chef looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for creating mouthwatering dishes that leave customers coming back for more? If so, we want you to join our team as our Chef de Cuisine at Timmy Chan’s North!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing and cooking dishes according to our menu and recipes
• Ensure all dishes are of high quality and presentation
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Train and mentor kitchen staff

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a chef in a Chinese restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
