Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial client consultation to settlement or trial
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and memoranda
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts to build strong cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
